I go by Charles D and am a retired prosthetist and orthotist. I have a 1980 TR8, actually my wife's car, that we kept instead of trading in when it got unreliable. I have done many changes to the TR and it is now a dependable driver--mostly. I started working on cars as a hobby as a teenager and describe myself as a shade tree mechanic. Not doing the heavy stuff anymore. Looking forward to participating in the forum.
