I'm a retired Chem. Eng. with 2 British cars (TR-6 and an MGB). I'm just finishing a substantial resto on the 1974 TR-6 WITH 36K miles on it. (2nd owner) Next I will be doing the same to a '74 MGB and look forward to asking questions. When I was 16 my first driver was a 1960 Riley 1.5 and that's a car I would like to own again.
 
We have two Rileys in our club here in Sacramento. I think only one runs at this time. This is a good website for questions and you can post pictures also which helps clarify any questions.
I would not survive in Indio in the Summer, glad that you use that in the winter. Will they let you across the border these days?
