Hi. I own a 1962 BT7 that has been in restoration for a couple of years now. It's been "ready next month" for about seven months now, but it does look great. As I get more familiar with the forum, I'll participate more and post some pictures. Until them, I'll look forward to trolling through and "meeting" some of you.

I'm stationed in the Washington D.C. area (Maryland side), and there are some great (as well as some not so great) folks in our local club... same in about any club. I didn't get the car for the club, though. I got it to DRIVE...

This was my actual car when I was in High School. I sold it sometime after I graduated in 1985 (I think early '86) to get something "reliable." I was lucky enough to find it about 12-13 years later in someone's barn (with my name still on the title!). I bought it back (actually, my wife gave it to me as a wedding gift) in 1999 and the restoration got started in August of 2005.

It's looking great, and I can't wait to drive it again!

Welcome to the Zoo.

You will get lots of great help on the Healey Forum. Just ask away.

Great story about finding your old car (wish I could find my original High school MGA!)

Welcome from another easterner!

Hi, welcome from another Marylander - we're up in New Market, near Frederick. No club affiliation, we just drive! Get that Healey on the road and come up our way, we'll show you some great mountain roads to take her on.
