Just didn't get outside today - it only got to 38 - but supposed to be higher tomorrow so I'll crawl up inside one of my parts cars & look- I know I have the tubes
 
Sorry--70 here. I keep thinking it is like this everywhere. The local foreign auto part dealer lost my business today. When I told him I had an MG daily driver he asked why would anyone want one of them to drive every day??? Find the guy with CATALOGUES instead of computers.
 
hmmmmm... why would computers exclude a guy from wanting to drive a LBC daily?
 
Junk yard guys with computers usually don't care about cars other than what parts fit where! They're not car guys

Luckily I have ONE junk yard here where the computer is king (but not for MG stuff). They're linked to several other junkyards, and can have you almost any part for 1980 up foreign cars by the next day (or tell you wich yard has it if ya need it sooner). There's actually a setup like that in Wheeling too, linking about 100 local junkyards... "If we don't have it we can tell ya where to get it today" sounds pretty good to me.
 
No, this was a auto parts dealer and repair shop. Not a junk yard. Those guys here are pretty cool.

I have some cool guys at the Advance Auto about 2 miles up the road from me. They do the same thing - If they don't have it, they'll call a couple of places and find it for me. Great guys. They'll even price comp. for me.
