TR6 Heater hoses

Need to replace the 3 heater hoses (original) located on the back left of the engine. Best procedure? Trying to determine how much fluid to expect.

Maybe drain a little water out of radiator into something and eyeball how much water comes out, or maybe the block. Not sure where the drains are at on tr6.
