Yea, we more and more are seeing strings of hot summer days. I think there were 35 or more reported from June through August last year. And the weird thing, we finished last year a foot over for rain, but from august to the end of the year were technically in drought since most of actual rain came January through June.
 
I couldn't believe it - I woke up at about 7:30 AM to
the sound of a rain downpour.
Supposed to hit 98 here today.

Somehow the "sauna switch" was flipped.
