Attempting to start the Healey. Turned over a couple of times, then nothing, no lights, no fuel pump, no nothing. New battery and fuses seem ok. Where to start?

Sounds like electrical connections. Start with checking/cleaning battery to solenoid connections (both ends of the main cable from battery to solenoid) and solenoid to starter cable connections. Battery to ground connections thru the cut-off switch (the cut-off switch itself can fail so you can simply bypass it to test). Once you are sure all these main connections are good, use a test light to check for power at the fuse block and then move under the dash to check at the ignition switch and headlight switch. Hopefully you have a wiring diagram and can follow the routes of electricity to trace the problem.
