Healey Registry forms changes

Most of you know that I host registry forms for some of the Healey registries (BJ7, BJ8 and 100). In the past those forms for registering your car were password protected. Due to some issues with the password protect, I have changed the forms so that they are no longer password protected, but anyone using the forms to submit their car will need to check one of the "I am not a bot" checkboxes to prove they are a human.
