Why not shoot Steve Pike an email: https://www.austinhealey.com.au/ His experience shipping the Bonneville cars over and back would probably be a good place to start.

Why don't you contact Geoff and Wandy Leake who shipped their car over here in 2004 (along with several other Aussies) for the Australian-American Healey Challenge. They are great folks and can at least put you in touch with an agent or company that has done it before, etc. Their email address is:
