Does anyone know of a source for getting BN2 King pin Bushings reamed close to Seattle area? There's a couple of the better known shops that are out of state that do it- Norm Nock & Apple Hydraulic's, but nice to find a local shop. Autosport & Action Auto are setup for it. I'd purchase the special reamer, but Moss Motor's seems to be the only source & very expensive

There are alternatives to the factory style dual-size reamer/pilot.

It was pretty simple turning out these pilots to provide correct alignment with standard reamers. I've done a few cars with them and no alingment issues.

Yeah, Randy, simple --- if you have a complete machine shop and years and years of incredible experience, practice, training, attention to detail, motivation, etc. etc. I am obviously in awe...

Thanks for the excellent feedback Randy. Do you know what size Reamers you used or clearance from the King Pin you went for?

Well it looks like something has been over looked. while piloted individual reamers work a treat the reamer must be adjustable. This is because King pin size can vary from one side of the car to the other. Further, this same type variation will be found in new replacements.---Fwiw--Keoke
