Is there a replacement headlight bulb that can be purchased locally, or are these available from an LBC supplier only?

Thanks
Tony

It should be a 6024 lamp, it will be a slightly different number for a halogen, something like H6024. It is a dual filament 7" (PAR56) bulb.

I looked at the 6024 at Advance Auto and it was definitely smaller diameter than what I currently have (I held it up to the box, and the bulb was bigger than the box). I guess I will give it a shot anyway...

Always get mine from AutoZone or the like. It is a standard size. The 59 chevy for example had two smaller ones on each side, earlier had a large on each side.
