TR4/4A Header Rail Assembly

About to put the header rail onto the frame.
Is the correct method sliding the rubber seal thru the channels prior
to riveting onto the frame ? Working from the center channel outward.
Any other secrets ?

Harry, Pop rivet the channels on first and then just stuff the rubber seal in with a spatula that you use for putting body putty on and cut it too a couple of inches, it makes it easy with a little Vaseline on the rubber.
