I removed my Falcon stainless headers (two piece) in the process of taking my cylinder head off for machine work. I noted that I had a considerable amount of blow-by on one corner of one of the headers. I took it to a local machine shop and they are going to face both headers for me. About 1/32". I don't think anyone makes the perfect header! The cheaper ones you know you will have to shave. But they don't give the Falcons away. I assumed, when first installing them, that the little bit of visible distortion would be taken up by the gasket. Wrong! The header needs to mate up to the head perfectly flat or you will get blow-by. Now I will have to grind my triple intake flange so they are the same level. It never ends.....

They are going to Jet Hot after the machine shop.
