well i got monsued on, and my head lights and turn signals went out.
the connectors to the head lights up front were soaked, I have a pair of relays so thats why they have a connector in front of the radiator.
so the high beam dip switch works!!???
I have checked the fuses.
I have cleaned the relays connectors.
I have tested the headlight switch with the multi meter

the harness is a mess from the previous owner.
not sure where to look next.

have you checked the connections - wires to the fusebox?

to clarify - you have high beams but no low beams? or you have no headlights at all?

thats the puzling thing, I have the dip switch, so that flashes the high beams.
but appart from that no low or high.
no markers lights no turn signals.
so its either multiple issues or maybe the power into the llight switch. i will start there this morning.

well it was the fuse even though it didnt look blown it was not doing its job.
now onto the other projects.
They regularly 'blow' under the cap - been there done that got the T shirt. I don't even visually check them anymore, just go straight to the continuity tester.

glad it was easy
