I need help with a part for the headlight bucket on my 6. I'm starting to put them back on the car and have this part from TRF's rebuild kit and don't recognize it. Anybody know what it is for or seen it in a parts blow up?

WHEW! I thought my cataracts were BACK!

They look like the clips to hold the trim rings in place. Not sure due to the "paper-clip" lookin' thingie, tho.
 
That was just to hold up the side view. The kit came with another style of trim ring clip . I was wondering if there are 2 styles and they supply both just in case.
 
OK ,everybody scrunch up your eyes to put another photo in focus. I seem to have a problem with the camera with closeups.

I figured out the deal,with help from another forum,what the pieces are for.
The silver piece attaches to the back bottom and the tabs go through the hole and get flattened out. The rim clip then gets pop riveted to the silver piece from the front.
I had pictures in sequence but they were so fuzzy I couldn't stand em!
