Hi Jerry, I do not have a firm answer for you. However, you might consider the following. If the head you had refurbished looks just like the one that came on your engine its OK. I am guessing you had one on the car;s engine. Also look at the engine ID plate on the two blocks if the first three characters are the same you are still OK. That's the best I can do for you. Other than some foreign export engines and the two port configuration there does not seem to be any radical changes in engine heads.---Fwiw--Keoke
