TR2/3/3A Head bolt torque TR3

I've just been informed that the torque for the cylinder head bolts is 60-70ft lbs rather than the 105 ft lbs that the manual states. Anyone else heard this?
 
Did you ask what they had been smoking ?
 
Well apparently it was from a recent video from England of a TR3 motor rebuild. I'll check the facts again with the guy who told me about the video. A group of Triumph club membere are currently doing a motor rebuild and one of them made the comment about the torque!
 
Then there is the edition of the Haynes Manual that specifies 45 lbs.

Someone once claimed that those are the same size nuts as were used to mount the deck guns on the Bismarck -- well anyway I've have not heard of a problem with repeated torquing to 105 (with the usual precautions).
