Jack it poured the rain yesterday but I stopped by Mr. Wallace's. He's not gotten to anything yet but told me to come back on Wednesday.
Friend of mine told me about a paint shop down in Owens Crossroads, AL (opposite end of county from Wallace's) that he uses for his antique cars. I stopped by there yesterday afternoon; lots of classic cars in his shop. One Camaro was finished & awaiting owner pickup - nice job. I'm gonna get him to stop by my place to give me a quote on my '53 TD.
My friends and I use one shop here. When he had an idiot managing it and who over charged me a bit. I complained about him and the busines they would lose.
Once other customers were contacted he was fired. The owner thanked me for watching out for his interest as a friend.
IMHO, having the leverage of several cars, gets you a better price and also a better job.
