Not so, Jack, I was informed by ebay that I could no longer use pay pal to pay unless I linked a bank account or got there credit card which they would'nt approve me for. Nothing wrong with my mastercard that I had been using for years to pay pay pal. When a unreasonable seller raised a stink that I was'nt paying him cause I could'nt use pay pal then miraculously pay pal worked again. I got fed up and have'nt had anything to do with them since. I have opened another small bank account that I will be using for the jerk's in the future.
I've had good experiences with them in the past. They helped me find a guy that I bought a vehicle from, payed thru pay pal, then disappeared. That was before current management.
