Called the guy yesterday. He's a local shop and is selling it for a customer. He said it's a basket case w/ lots of rust in all the "right" places!! But did appear to have all its pieces. I'm gonna take a look next week, but don't expect much.

yes, he told me the same story...plus that the owner just sold an OD MGB for $1500. This guy is new in town and I missed him yesterday at the shop...it is about a half mile from my house. I am going bach this morning to see if he might be around...or Monday, depending on when the concrete delivery happens here.
