Guys,
Since I have foolishly bolted my custom stainless dual exhaust system tightly to my frame, except the stock bracket beneath the tranny (which, in effect, is nonmoveable) the resultant vibration is annoying and probably potentially damaging to my manifold. What if I were able to cut somewhere between the head pipe and the tranny and install "flexible" section(s) of exhaust pipe to absorb the vibration. Makes sense to me but also seems fraught with potential problems. Rehanging the system with rubber staps, etc. is virtually impossible, but not completely so. Looking for an easy way out.
