Hardtop Weather

Temperatures dropped into the low 60's this week, so I thought I try out the hardtop. First time it's been on the car since it's been painted. I'm going to wait to install the windows until it gets a little colder.

Cool, I mean Hot, oh I ....Right On! I mean I like it.

Beuatiful:eagerness:

Splendid! You may wish for those side curtains this morning. 48 degrees here! These BT7s do look fine with the hard tops on! BTW My hard top is lacking both the front corner brackets and attendant hold down clamps. [should anyone have any extra, feel free to PM.]

Beautiful. I always liked the look of the BT7 with the hard top. Makes it look more business-like.

Business-like....You're right, this my kind of business!

up until a couple of years ago i did more two wheel riding in the winter than in the summer. of course i had proper attire with heated liners, etc. i have considered installing a plug-in for the heated gear in my bn6 so that i could ride with the top down most of the winter here in south Carolina. frankly i ride with the top down in 20-30 degree days when there is no precipitation....and i don't have a heater in my car! cold sunny mornings off to breakfast with the top off are just one of the benefits of the two seater roadsters!!!

Looks like I jumped to gun on installing the hardtop. It was 80 degrees today. At least I had the benifit of the shade. I also switched to the 195 degree winter thermostat so it ran a little hotter that normal.
