Hard Top Storage

Well Stinky60, if you have the height and an open ceiling with joists. A couple of heavy nylon belts and a cheap block and tackle should let you get it up and out of the way safely.---Keoke-?

There's that, and real store-bought hardtop hoists available. The store-bought kind usually have some kind of bar to span the width, with a hook-affair to catch the trailing edge.

Do a (google) search for BMW or Mercedes hardtop hoist. You can even get them with electric motors!
