Hard Top Rubber Seal

At the California Healey Week, I noticed several Roadster hard tops that had an additional rubber weather stripping seal that I don't have on mine. It about 1-1/2" wide, black rubber and hangs down from the bottom of the aluminum moulding that sits on the cockpit rail. It runs the entire rear of the hardtop from just behind the side screen openings. It covers the Tenex pins that mount the soft top and tonneau. It doesn't really seal tightly against the cockpit but does visually fill in the overhang of the bottom moulding. I'm not sure how it mounts to the moulding. I should have taken a photo.
I can't find this seal listed on any of usual sources. I looked at Lin's wonderful article on restoring his hard top, but didn't see this seal. It does give the top a more finished look.
Does anyone have any info or source for it?
