Hard starting problem

Still having hard starting problems with the BJ7. Have adjusted timing and checked plugs for proper color. The engine does not seem to be running lean if plug color is a good indicator.

The engine starts with just a touch of the starter button when the engine is warm. It will also start easily if I prime a carb with a little bit of gasoline. Could the fuel pump be the culprit? How many psi should the pump produce?

I also notice that the front carb body has moisture condensing on it when the engine is running and warm. This does not occur on the rear carb.

Is everything working with the choke linkages? It may be a problem with the choke linkage being unable to pull the jets down to enrichen the mixture enough to crank cold.
