HAPPY EASTER TO ALL

MMMmmm ahhh. Dinner was a buffet. Turkey, stuffing and turkey gravy, ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes ,beef gravy, and horseradish, green beans, corn, salad, sweet potatoes, corn muffins, rolls, and blueberry pie, pumpkin pie, strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Now I diden't eat all of that, but that was the spread. The roast beef was perfect! yuuuuummmmyyy!

We had most of the family here for Easter (our youngest is stationed at Kadina AFB and misses most of the holidays) and had our first heart healthy Easter with ham and breast of turkey, baked white or sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, lima beans, whole wheat rolls, apple sauce, tossed dark green salad, and lemon cakes and carrot cake.

I ate too much, but did not gain too much weight. (I hope...)
