Happy Day, Nial!

Thanks again, folks!

Since my best girl did so much work on this party, I just got back from taking her to the movies.
"<span style="font-style: italic">The King's Speech</span>" was great! Highly recommended and lots of Brit cars in it to boot.
Bertie was still King when I was born in England, so I had a personal interest in it too.

And guys---Beer and cake is a great combo.
So is beer and pasta.
And beer and hamburgers...
And beer and fried chicken....
And beer and waffles....
Etc.

I have lots of things left to do in my life and I'll need to live until 120 to complete them all.
So I'm figuring I'm just at middle-age too (I like Doug's Redwood comment!)

Even though we had just 1 candle for every two years, it was an inferno....kept us warm.

I just finished doing two bathrooms last week. New plumbing, backer board, tile, vanities, toilets, re-spackling, paint, wall mirrors, trim, and so forth. Yeah, my 60 year old knees don't like that type of thing either.
But I have no problem twisting about if it involves race car work.

Again, thanks! :grouphug:

About th' same... workin' with yer head near-enuff between yer knees. My 60-year-old back is NOT happy.

A few weeks ago I was working on a test down at White Sands and was there for several weeks. One weekend I was able to come home from the weekend, but then had to drive back Sunday night. When I got home I decided it would be a great idea to get some more flooring done on the back bedroom, so I managed to get about 3/4 of it finished. Then Sunday night I drove back to Las Cruces and on my way to the hotel decided to stop at Wally world to pick up some munchies. Well, I pulled into the parking lot in my C5, opened the door, and spend the next 10 minutes trying to pry my solidified and completely sore body out of the car! Getting old sucks!
