Thanks to all of my BCF friends for your B'Day wishes.
If I stick around long enough to repent, I'll be here for a long, long time.
I started my day with a birthday run... did 4.4 miles on the treadmill (not bad for an OLD man)
OK, let the party begin. I'm going to drive over to Nial's pickup the refreshments and then I'll tip one for everybody!

i ment it when i said im glad your not one of the 451 and have made it to your birthday and hopefully many more, 451 is the average number of americans we loose each day, that number goes up by about +150 on holidays, like my wife often tells me "im gunna make you a member of the 451 club", cheesh! i tought everyone knew that. :savewave:
