As a vet it occurred to me.... To thank those whom served the US armed forces.

Not sure how that goes over on a British forum 0..o

I have a military and a British connection. While I spent three years in England with the US Air Force I bought my Sprite that I still drive now.

You can’t thank the vets too much. If it wasn’t for them we might be driving Volkswagens (nothing against VWs I’ve had several).
I am not a vet but I spent the first 16 years of my life living on army bases. In 1960 I had a job selling newspapers in the barracks and two of the GIs had Bugeyes and from that day on I wanted one.
We owe our freedom to vets.

Yes, indeed. Thanks, vets!

I have listened to ~THIS~ for the last few years. Always worth the time.

Lots of vets around here. Funny thing is, I see lots of Air Force guys with Spridgets more than any other branch.
