TR6 Handbrake Warning lamp?

Regarding the brake warning lamp on the dash.... It is supposed to light up to warn you of a hydraulic failure in the brake system.
I seem to remember a switch that mounted on the handbrake lever that would also turn the brake lamp on when the handbrake was up but I don't see anything listed on the schematics (unless I missed it).
Was there ever a switch used to let you know if the handbrake is "on"?

Thanks Ken. Of course I can install a switch on the handbrake and run a wire to the brake lamp.

Adding a switch is not to big a deal. And it's not hard to improve on the one that came on the 76s:

Thanks Ed... I had a look at your website. Instead of a micro switch, I'm planning on using a small mercury switch attached to the handbrake.

Once I get it installed I will post some pics.
 
Depending on how the hand brake is adjusted, there might only be a 20 or so degree change in angle between brake applied and brake released. This should be plenty for a properly mounted tilt switch, but it will also have to account for slope of the grade. Acceleration and deceleration forces might also be a minor consideration.

Totally doable, though, I think.
