A pair of SU's beats a webber DGV. Hands down, No contest, not even a question about it.

Today i finally had time to change the needles on my 1500 conversion from ABT's to AAM's. The car settled down and ran like a champ! Took it up the road and then down to the gas station, almost ran out. If anything i might have to try the AAL's, but for now its good to run. YEEHAA! The change in drivability was amazing. easily hits the redline and then some. WOW!

I think we're on the verge here too, Mark. 40's today and scuddy, but supposed to be in the 60's tomorrow.
Of course, I'm coming down with what feels to be a nasty chest cold! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif

yea the notch needed wasnt quite as large as i thought would be needed. it is tight on my front jet but it clears. a standard jet would have plenty of room. My jets are modified waxstats. I think the cap is not vented, there is a pcv valve in the line to the carbs i am hoping that will do as it should...we will see.
