However, the artist who masterminds my paint jobs (& Miss Agatha's) thought otherwise....he's Ricky Shaneyfelt, owner of the body shop:

but im still prepping mine!
ill only be painting the outside of the
car and the hood and trunk lid...for now..
who knows how far ill go..haha

yours looks great, hope i can compete at
20 ft! ...zimmmmy

hehehehe...at 20', zimmy, we'll see the reflection of yours in mine....hehehehe

Man, Ricky did another outstanding job.

Jack they're wrapping the hood in bubble wrap with corner protectors & storing it in a cardboard box until I need it!

Looks great Tony! I bet you're itchin' to put it back together. That's definitely the fun part!

Oh, that's just yummy.
Try not to get yours and mine confused Tony, It'd break my heart if you drove mine home....

Really, really nice!

You know, someday, I'd like to get a Spridget to that level...but not right now.

This week, I painted my car too. Drove it out into the back yard, hosed it off, waited for it to dry, sprayed it, picked off the dead bugs and pushed it back into my shop.

Our race-club says a car should have at least a "50/50" appearance. That means it has to look decent from 50 feet at 50 mph.
I think mine *just* makes it. :jester:

Holy Shine, Batman  !!! And it was overcast :eeek: ??? You are going to be a blinding hazzard to other drivers on the road!!! :winner1:

Still pouring here, Barry...just talked with Ricky & scheduled for it to come home first thing Monday morning...he'll just roll the dolly onto his trailer & bring 3 guys with him..they'll roll it into my garage & we'll lift it onto the jack stands.

Hehe, its ok Tony it will only get wet from the top. My trailer anyway does not kick up trash underneath. A big towel takes care of it. In any case Ricky can wrap it in plastic.
