Just upped my assigned value on line for my TR250 from $6000 to $9500 based on market. They called my house within 3 hrs & left a message that the coverage was increased.

I called them & the rate change was $24 dollars add'l for the year, they prorated it to $13 to bring my new coverage total cost to about $125/yr.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Check them out. NFI

Yep....Called them w/ a question on Sunday....(No emergency)

Had a voice mail AND an E-mail the next morning EARLY!

I like them. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

I just got them this year. I saved about $300 per year, got the great towing package for any of my vehicles and got the total insured value of what I wanted where my previous carrier maxed out at $9500. They were nuts!

I just hope that I never have to use them.

I have talked to them pretty often at Back To the Fiftie's in Minnesota...nice folks.

I will be putting my TR2 under their coverage.

They cover my second "classic" car, a 1975 Cadillac ElDorado, that the kids said I just had to have, for $24 a year!

I went with Hagerty for the roadside assistance. We don't have AAA for our daily use cars. I felt it was very important to have roadside for an English Sports car. I have agreed coverage at $8500 and it is $125 a year with towing. This was comparable to other classic insurance without towing, and they have the great website and newsletter.

(Haven't needed a tow yet, knock on wood dash.)

Hagerty is tops.

Agatha and I had a slight problem and she just couldn't seem to move from her spot on Route 66 in Albuquerque. She really wanted to be in her garage but try as she might, she just couldn't do it. I called Hagerty on my cell phone and told them my problem. They sent a flat bed tow vehicle with additional ramps and gently put her on the bed and home we went. In my upset I neglected to tell them that she can only be towed on a flat bed and that her clearance was so low, they needed additional ramps. I guess that information wasn't necessary as they did all the right things.

As it turned out Agatha's problem was a clogged fuel line just at the pump.

So,,,, Hagerty will always be my insurance carrier for both Agatha and hubby's 48 Dodge Pick-up known as Mister Dodge.

Don't know personally about Hagerty but I do carry the AAA Plus (100 miles free towing). The nicest thing about the AAA over towing coverage over most standard towing insurance is that the coverage follows you the holder, not the car. They will tow any car you are with.

Ive been using Condon-Skeeley in Morestown NJ been very happy with them also never a problem with raising my valve as I have worked on the car through its 3 yrs journey
