Went to the Post Office this morning to pick up a large package from AH Spares (seat covers and panel kit). Sent from the UK last Tuesday afternoon, arrived in Oak Ridge, Tennessee Monday morning. Not bad. I did however have, for the first time ever, a customs charge and an associated Post Office handling fee of $21.45. The guy at the Post Office said it's the first time in several years that he's seen a customs charge. He said he thinks the trigger is a declared value of $400. or more.

Still way less expensive and faster than the usual sources.

Do AH Spares sell stuff from the same sources as Moss and Victoria British?

Can't say for sure but I suspect not.

I've taken everything out and given it the once over. Everything looks really good. The vinyl is a Cherry Red very close to the original Bugeye color. There are UK fire code stamps all over the back side of the seat covers.

The only thing I've found wrong is that the vinyl on the front bulkhead panel was placed on the wrong side of the masonite.
