Had to drive my son to work.

The master cylinder in my son's 65 IH went out, so he needed a lift to work this morning, a chore I never shirk. He is a wildland firefighter for US fish and wildlife and is housed at the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge about an half an hour from here. We stopped at Burger King on the way and bought breakfast. After I dropped him off I got stuck in traffic, but was able to find a quiet place to eat in peace.

These two fellas were nice enough to travel along the shoulder.

These two, however, didn't seem to care that they were holding up traffic.

Finally free of the log jam, I was able to eat my crossainwich and finish my coffee.

It’s their road
Beautiful pics! It’s nice to spend time with your son.
I went on a bike ride with grandson this morning and we stopped along the trail and also had breakfast.

Nice pictures.
Burger King IS NOT a real breakfast!
Agreed, but our choices are limited along that route, we could have had Burger King or gas station burritos. I stand by my choice.

Had a Bison burger out in ElCahon Ca and it was not enjoyable due to the dryness of the meat, almost zero fat, never ordered another. :(

After touring the Bison Range West of St Ignatius,Montana
we stopped up the road at a restaurant The served Bison burgers.
While ordering one,I just had to ask where they get their meat from.

I liked the bison burgers for exactly that reason - very little grease and fat. I much prefer dry to having my buns (the ones which make up the sandwhich!) getting soggy and gross with absorbed fat and oils.

We had a place here that sold them - when they decided to be all trendy and modern by refusing to accept actual money for payment (no credit=no eating) I can no longer go there.
