At that point it's probably too late to make them friends and hopefully provide and example to point out the right path. The trick is to get them young and impressionable when it's easier to be a mentor rather than an adversary.
 
:devilgrin: The devil in me would want to run them over the next time they do it (and since they did and got away with it they will) and just claim that I thought someone installed speed bumps in the road. Can't/wouldn't do that of course, but it could be funny if you "crept" up on them with a big 4X4 and blow the horn.
