Had a visit to Flamingo Gardens recently...

Ran it thru GIMP:

Or a ghost. Nice shot.

What would be really cool is to find a printer that can print white ink onto glass.

There are places you can send an image (upload) that will print on glass, metal, just about anything. I've had several printed on metal (none on glass unless you consider a ceramic mug glass).

I've printed on aluminum before. White ink is the hard part since printers normally see white as a no ink area.

On aluminum it would look like a bird with an exploding butt.

I have printed one of my Milky Way shots on metal and really liked how it came out. Here is the same picture, both printed on metal, but the left version is a matt finish, while the right image is a glass finish. Did not like the gloss at all - too much reflection. The gloss is only good in rooms with very even lighting.
