2 cups baked flour roux
6 quarts chicken stock (homemade)
4 pounds large shrimp ( Louisiana Gulf )
1qt large oysters ( Louisiana )
4 gumbo crabs ( for taste )
4 lbs pre-cooked hen meat
1.5 lbs pork smoked sausage ( Cajun )
Secret Seasoning ( mine )
Cook for 2 hours
Serve over sticky rice with potato salad side.
