Got the GT back from the paint shop, and just finished putting on the bumpers, lights, etc. That's an MGC fiberglass hood that I had them fit, and opened up slots in the rear for cooling and air intake. Also had them open up the valance below the bumper for extra air for the radiator, which sits lower for the V6 installation. More pictures later. Got to work on the suspension, and then she'll be roadworthy. Been a long road, but it's worth it!

O my. That is stunning!

Thanks, J-P. As mentioned, still have some work to do, but at least it's home and the weather's cooperating. Gonna get this thing done yet!

Wow, that is really nice! Even the minor changes you made in the hood, the vents in the hood and valance are perfect. What a lovely car! Good luck with it Mickey. Tony would be proud! PJ

Thanks, Paul. Coincidentally, I called Jerri yesterday to check on her. Doing well; enjoying being close to the family. If I ever finish this thing, the first road trip in it for Janet and me will be down to Birmingham to see her.

Very nice, Mickey. That one should be a load of fun.

Repeat after me: Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's MGB GT............ :angel2:

Thanks, all.

Gonna be a few days before I can get back to it, but it's great to have it back home!

woof!

That's GREAT, bro. Beauty. A true GT! Effortless cruisin' in your future.

Yer getting soft, Mickey. Air conditioning. Pfft.

(That's just jealousy...)

I have to say, it looks very clean without the side trim.

Thanks, Drew. I thought I wanted to delete the trim, but wasn't positive about it. Now that it's done, I'm glad I went with it.

And being a GT, A/C is a MUST!

Wow!

Nice with a capital "N" !
