Question 1:
How do you install the rubber & the front windsheild in a BGT?

Question 2:
If the rubber is in place around the front windsheild, how does one go about putting in the trim?

I guess these are homemade tools?

Another thing I thought about while reading this was how did they do it in the factory? Could the engineers really have come up with something as detailed at this? Does it seem difficult to us who have never done it and it was just routine for the factory workers day in day out?

I hate to say this on the forum but mine was done by a glass shop for under $100. I love the way it looks and they guarentee the seal for leaks. Just a thought.
 
I thought about that, but am really convinced I want to do it all myself. I will however listen to what the consensus has to say.
 
I encourage you to have a go yourself ... then I can learn from your experience, when you post about it :smile:
 
Well I have 2 others to practice on with the removal. The installation will be sometime soon hopefully.
