I received a broken Tr4 engine block from fedex that i bought off of ebay. it was insured and fedex dishonored the claim saying it was not packaged properly, but they accepted it and shipped it to my door. ebay seller said tough shi* and i was out $200. never use fedex again or that seller. sorry to here for your loss. If selling on ebay, pay the extra to get there signature for receipt of the item.

tony, id contact the buyer and tell him id like to make up for his non-deliverd item and that ill meet him someplace and hand deliver a spankin new "higamahjig", oh yah!
