As y'all know we recently had a bad experience with e-bay where we sold an item that the buyer claimed he never received. We refunded him his money, but he still left us negative feedback. Well, guess who's got the item he "never received" listed on e-bay tonight?
I am so [censored]!!!!! I notified e-bay that the guy was selling the exact same item on e-bay, but what do you bet they won't do anything about it.

Why are people like that? I really, really hate cheaters and thieves!!!!!

Terri, I know this is a little late, but I always place an inconspicuous mark on items I sell and then photograph it. Maybe I'm a little to pessimistic, but I just don't trust Internet sales. A valuable item could possibly be recovered this way, as in your situation. Sorry to hear of your plight. Now you are aware of the net being full of crooks. PJ

Any way to write a comment on his listing? That's just a big steaming pile there!

Do unto Others?
buy it/credit card
claim you never got it
charge back
leave negative feedback...

yea i know...you shouldn't have to lower yourself to their level.

sure might feel good tho..

:iagree: turn his game around on him!

He sounds like a real dirt ball..... would hate to do business with him.
Getting his item number (as scoutll mentioned) would sure help in future ebay buying.
Especially if ebay does not take action.

Here is some relevant advice (albeit with a little editing to fit the situation):

"And the only reason I'm telling you this now is cause you may know somebody in a similar situation, or you may be in a similar situation, and if you're in a
situation like this there's only one thing you can do and that's walk into
the "I-Sold-It-on-eBay" wherever you are ,just walk in say "Clerk, seller XYZ ripped me off.". And walk out. You know, if one person, just one person does it they may think he's really sick and they won't talk to him. And if two people, two people do it, in harmony, they may think they're both eBay junkies and they won't talk to either of them. And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in saying "Clerk, seller XYZ ripped me off." and walking out. They may think it's an organization. And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, I said fifty people a day walking in saying "Clerk, seller XYZ ripped me off." and walking out. And friends they may thinks it's a movement."

That was a mouthful. Anyone hungry now? I'll call Alice and save us a table!

And we're gonna sing it again when it comes around... With feelin.

With circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one!

"'Splainin' what each one was, to be used as evidence against us."

Hey What 'bout the group wblyey bench!

"I didn't get nothing, I had to pay $50 and pick up the garbage." He said, "What were you arrested for, kid?"

And I said, "Littering." And they all moved away from me on the bench
there, and the hairy eyeball and all kinds of mean nasty things, till I
said, "And creating a nuisance."

And they all came back, shook my hand,
and we had a great time on the bench, talkin about crime, mother stabbing,
father raping, all kinds of groovy things that we was talking about on the
bench. And everything was fine, we was smoking cigarettes and all kinds of
things, until the Sargeant came over, had some paper in his hand, held it
up and said.

Kids.

Sorry, Terri I couldn't resist,

Let them em be Karma will catch them.

Officer Obie looked at the seeing eye dog....and at the 8x10 color glossies with the circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one...
