Let's see, it sold for around $14K unrestored in 2006. That will be one heck of a return on the investment considering the relatively quick restoration and probable deals from vendors.

I wonder if they will remove the CM decals for the new owner?

Okay, what "vintage" did they restore it TO?
Quick glance shows no bonnet louvers on left side in original photo......yet later photos have it. Side light looks different. Was there a full chrome windshield post assembly on original? Original wheels are natural...."restored" are dark.
Stripe across the bonnet is in a different place.
Just strange......obviously not as the original photo shows, but probably one of the various iterations somewhere down the line.
