Well, that isn't a Big Healey grill. If no one else here gives you a definite I.D., you might want to post the photo in the Pub part of the forum.

Looks like a Mini (not MINI), upside down and missing a few bits.

Looks like a Mini grille (upside down) that they used on the Mini pickups and panel vans. I've got a couple with all my Mini parts.
