I am new to the website. Actually, I signed up in October but never posted.

My wife and I own a 1960 MGA. The MGA was the first sports car I ever dove. That was back in 1963. After that, I was hooked. Since then, I have owned several other British Cars as well as German and Italian.

I spent some time racing a G production Spitfire in SCCA. Now I just like touring in our A.

We belong to 2 local MG clubs; Sorry Safari and MG Owners. Also, we belong to NAMGAR.

Look forward to looking at the forum more oftern in the future.

The MGA is a beautiful little car, and we don't have too many 'A' owners posting right now.

1960 mga driver. needs to be restored but likes to run plus lack of time and cash keeps it on the road for now.

My early (late 60's) experience was with a friend's 59 MGA that had a 327 chevy engine in it...he lost his liscense and stopped working where I was working...but I can't think about an MGA without wondering whatever happend to that hotrod

Funny, it was an MGA that got me interested in LBC's...go to https://www.theautoist.com/my_addiction.htm if you'd like to read about it....oh, I've a '59 MGA in the garage & soon will be the owner of a couple of MGA coupes as soon as a friend & I can transport them from South Carolina to Alabama!

Tony has had that A in the garage as long as I've been going to Huntsville. He's been looking for a coupe for a while and Wray is finally gonna part with his. BTW, Adam, looks like I'll be there Saturday
