I had bought a new gas cap #834-840 for my TR-3A in late 2010 and never opened it. I went to install it over the 2011 holiday and found a flaw. Moss could not have seen the flaw as it was covered in the packaging. I called Moss explained what I had and they asked me to send them a photo. I did, they asked me to send it back and before it could possibly have gotten to Moss I had a new one in the mail.
