Grateful Dead Bassist Phil Lesh diagnosed with bladder cancer. I was never a huge Dead fan, though I do have their "greatest hits" (about 32 songs) in my collection. I find myself listening to them more these days than when they were in their heyday.

I wasn't much of a deadhead, back in the day
(more into CSNY & Cream & who, airplane/starship if fuzzy memory serves correctly).
But what I do like these days is a "Greatful Dead" pandora station.
i appreciate the genre it develops.

hope Lesh caught it early.
