Got the Tunebug out today

Amidst all the fun of a new car, I had some time today to swing over to my storage and pull the Tunebug out for a little run. Was fun to drive the two cars back-to-back. Very different experiences.

My mini-collection (just missing the BMW motorcycle):

Cute couple.

Nial and I are going to have to start a white-car-with-black-interior car club.

First time I've had more than one fun car. Will be interesting to see if this is fun, or just a hassle. Twice the maintenance, after all.

It ain't that bad, Drew. They only break one-at-a-time. :jester:

That's a good reason to have two, isn't it -- one should always be working.

.....

LOL. We also have a white Accord and white Chevy van.

My neighbour said to me "<span style="font-style: italic">You guys *like* white cars!</span>"

Your cars look great! I honestly wish I had another Spridget street car.

I've grown quite fond of white cars, even though neither of mine were intentionally that color. Understated with just a bit of color accent from the lights and chrome.

I admit, when I got the MGB the thought did creep into my mind that the Tunebug might not stick around (the MGB really is comfy). Driving both back to back reminded me how much fun that little Sprite is. Small too, and not particularly valuable so he'll stay.

I'm sure there's a nice white Spridget around somewhere for you, Nial.
