Congratulations Steve.

Now you won't have to worry about being pulled over in your house. :encouragement:

Great job, been thinking about that myself.

Way to go, Steve!

And by the way, I've got this bridge I need to sell - can you list it for me!

Congratulations! Good luck on the venture. My wife was a broker for 28 years. It's not as fun a job as a lot of people think, very very demanding and nerve wracking at times, especially with all the new laws creating tons of extra paperwork! I know the business, but never got involved, not up my alley. PJ

Steve- My best friend got his RE license a while ago after he closed down his company.
Just something to keep him busy.
Now he is part owner of 1 of the biggest Remax sites in VA.
Watch out what you get yourself into

Congrats, Steve. IMO you've done this at the right time, too.

I'd say go look into the area RE-Max affiliates for an entry into the biz.
