Goretex Seat Covers?

In another life, we own a Meyers Manx clone dune buggy that we're putting some Recaro seats into. The seats are out in the weather, and suffer accordingly.
Does anyone know of a source for seat covers using Goretex? Waterproof, but will breathe, so the seats and covers won't rot?

You may be able to get a local upholstery person to tell you how much material you will need , then check with this company, https://www.seattlefabrics.com/outerwear.html?gclid=CJGn-pOysqoCFcQ32godZ3-n-A
then have the upholstery person make slip covers out of the Goretex fabric.
